For all exchanges requests, please contact us via email ONLY. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged. you must initiate the exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. after 24 hours, items cannot be exchanged. International & outside the GTA orders ; Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate an exchange, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Exchange options; You may exchange your item for another item of the same price or receive store credit to use on future purchases. if the new item price exceeds the store credit, you will need to cover the remaining balance. if its less, the remaining will be credited to your account. Unreceived orders; if you have not yet received your order, you may exchange it for a different color , size , or item within the same price range.
